The original class structure is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It is ideal for those who aim to hit your ultimate fitness goals. Otherwise, there is a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you to fit your fitness routine into the busiest work schedule you might have.
