(Level 1) is our most popular program for Jumping® Fitness and it aims to offer an overview of the workout with a variety of basic moves introduced. It is great for those who want to experience the intermediate level of intensity for Jumping® Fitness and are going for an energized cardio workout. Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. With its fast jumps, power sprints and balancing moves, this class is a dynamic and fun cardio workout that is 3 times as effective as jogging. Low impact and yet high intensity, Jumping® is an amazing exercise that is gentle on the joints and helps to build stamina and core strength as you jump to your favorite music. Stress reliever and great in achieving weight loss goals too! Be ready to blast away up to 1,000 calories in a class as you work up your adrenaline!
