(Level 2) Jumping
(Level 2) classes are higher in intensity compared to (Level 1) ones. This class is recommended for regular jumpers who have jumped for at least 5-10 sessions of (Level 1) classes as there will be more variations in moves and the speed of songs will be faster too. Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. With its fast jumps, power sprints and balancing moves, this class is a dynamic and fun cardio workout that is 3 times as effective as jogging. Low impact and yet high intensity, Jumping® is an amazing exercise that is gentle on the joints and helps to build stamina and core strength as you jump to your favorite music. Stress reliever and great in achieving weight loss goals too! Be ready to blast away up to 1,000 calories in a class as you work up your adrenaline!
