Online - (Level 3) Jumping
(Level 3) classes are high in intensity and you will be pushed to your limits. This is recommended for advanced jumpers who are already familiar with the Jumping® Fitness moves and can execute them relatively well with good control. There will be more variations and speed, with minimal breaks during the class. Good for those looking for extra challenge! Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. With its fast jumps, power sprints and balancing moves, this class is a dynamic and fun cardio workout that is 3 times as effective as jogging. Low impact and yet high intensity, Jumping® is an amazing exercise that is gentle on the joints and helps to build stamina and core strength as you jump to your favorite music. Stress reliever and great in achieving weight loss goals too! Be ready to blast away up to 1,000 calories in a class as you work up your adrenaline!
